Welcome to Passport Accelerators. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website and services.

By placing an order with Passport Accelerators (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Who We Are

Passport Accelerators is a trading name of Passport Accelerators Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15833401). Our business address is: PASSPORT ACCELERATORS LTD, 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE.

Passport Accelerators is formally registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) to provide immigration advice and services at Level 1 under registration number F202433286. We operate in strict compliance with the OISC's regulatory framework and its applicable codes of conduct.

We provide a fast-track support service to help eligible UK citizens apply for an additional UK passport. We are not affiliated with HM Passport Office or any governmental department responsible for passport issuance.

2. Our Service

Our services include application assistance, documentation review, appointment booking, and administrative support. We do not make decisions regarding passport issuance. The outcome and timeline of your application are at the sole discretion of HM Passport Office.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are a UK citizen aged 18 or over

  • You are eligible to apply for an additional UK passport under UK Government guidance

  • All data and documents you provide are accurate, complete, and truthful

  • You understand and accept that misuse of any passport may have legal consequences

4. Pricing & Payment

All fees are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT, where applicable. Payments must be made in full at the point of order via our secure online checkout, powered by Stripe.

We reserve the right to update prices or correct pricing errors at any time. In such cases, we will offer you the choice to reconfirm or cancel your order.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the time-sensitive and personalised nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once:

  • Your application has been submitted to HM Passport Office

  • Your documents have been reviewed

  • Your appointment has been confirmed

In limited cases, and solely at our discretion, a partial refund may be issued if no substantive work has commenced.

6. Delivery of Service

After you place an order, we will:

  • Confirm your purchase by email

  • Review your documents for accuracy and completeness

  • Schedule your passport appointment

  • Submit your application (where applicable)

Our 8-day turnaround promise begins on the date of your successful passport office appointment. Delays due to user error, document issues, or missed appointments are not our responsibility.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Uploading accurate, current, and valid documents

  • Responding promptly to our communications

  • Complying with all UK passport and immigration laws

We are not liable for delays, rejections, or losses caused by customer omissions or false information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passport Accelerators shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays or service issues caused by third-party providers (including HM Passport Office, Royal Mail, or Stripe)

  • Decisions or rejections made by HM Passport Office

  • Customer errors, fraudulent documents, or misuse of issued passports

Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website – including logos, text, layouts, and documents – is owned or licensed by Passport Accelerators and is protected under UK intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We process your data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and store your personal data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services such as Stripe (for payments) and HM Passport Office (for application submission). While we only partner with trusted providers, we are not responsible for the privacy policies, performance, or decisions made by these entities.

13. Use of Additional Passports

We accept no responsibility or liability for any misuse of the additional passport, including but not limited to:

  • Use of the passport for unlawful purposes

  • Breaches of UK or international laws

  • Violations of visa conditions or entry/exit requirements

  • Misrepresentation of identity, nationality, or travel intent

  • Non-compliance with immigration or border control regulations in any jurisdiction

It remains your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of any passport issued complies fully with all applicable:

  • UK laws and regulations

  • Immigration and nationality rules

  • International treaties, visa regimes, and entry restrictions

  • Airline and travel requirements

We are not liable for any legal consequences, denied entries, immigration penalties, or arrests resulting from misuse or misrepresentation involving any passport obtained via our service.

14. Passport Information Disclaimer

Passport Accelerators provides carefully compiled passport-related information in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. This information is based on our interpretation of guidance and published materials from official sources such as HM Passport Office, embassies, and consulates.

However, we do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of such information at all times, as procedures and policies are subject to change without notice by the relevant authorities.

Accordingly, Passport Accelerators shall not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any errors, omissions, or outdated content. It remains the customer's responsibility to verify information directly with the relevant governmental body or authority before acting upon it.
