Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how and when you may request a refund for services purchased from Passport Accelerators (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.

1. Nature of Our Service

Passport Accelerators provides a premium fast-track service for UK citizens applying for an additional UK passport. Our work includes administrative support, document verification, appointment scheduling, and liaison with HM Passport Office.

Because we provide a customised, time-sensitive service, we are not obligated to offer refunds once any work has commenced.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

• Your application has already been submitted to HM Passport Office

• We have reviewed and processed your documents

• Your appointment has been booked or attended

• You have failed to provide accurate or complete information

• You change your mind after work has commenced

Refunds are not provided for delays or outcomes outside of our control, including decisions made by HM Passport Office, postal issues, or inaccurate information submitted by you.

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

We may offer a partial or full refund at our sole discretion if:

• You cancel your order before any administrative work begins

• Your order was placed in error and no work has commenced

• We are unable to deliver the service due to our own internal failure

Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. If We Are Unable to Fulfil Your Order

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your additional passport order for any reason not caused by you, we will offer a full refund minus the following non-recoverable costs:

• Embassy fee: £191.00 (charged by HM Passport Office)

• Handling fee: £25.00 (to cover administrative costs)

These fees are deducted because they are committed costs once the passport application process has been initiated or prepared on your behalf.

5. How to Request a Refund

Include:

• Your full name

• Order reference number

• Reason for requesting the refund

• Any relevant supporting documentation

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 working days.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card provider without first contacting us may result in delays or permanent suspension of your account and services. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe to be invalid or fraudulent.
